Terms

Terms and Conditions

For Daily

  • Required deposit Rp. 100,000 / ID Card.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room.
  • Official couples (must provide proof).
  • Do not damage / take available facilities.
  • If you want early check-in, you must confirm 4 days before arrival (except for vacant rooms).
  • If you want to add nights, you must confirm within 3 hours after check-in (except for vacant rooms).
  • Only one extra bed is allowed per room.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings including all risks to your vehicle in the parking area.

Note: Violating rules 2, 3, and 4 will result in sanctions.

For Monthly

  • Required deposit Rp. 500,000.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room.
  • Official couples (must provide proof).
  • Pay monthly rent on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the room.
  • Do not damage / take available facilities.
  • Do not make excessive noise, disturbances, or disruptions.
